Cajun Power® Garlic Sauce, Original Recipe

This sauce is what made Cajun Power famous. Chef Caro's original recipe garlic sauce is not hot, but perfectly seasoned. Every 8 oz. bottle has two ounces of squeezed garlic in it. It's so versatile you can use it for cooking, marinating, seasoning, or pouring right out of the bottle on your favorite foods. It tenderizes meat and makes a beautiful brown gravy. This original recipe garlic sauce has been imitated by many but never matched. With a rich flavor, it is the foundation of every great Cajun Power product!

Cajun Power® Worcestershire Sauce

We created this sauce to compliment our garlic sauce. We start with a worcestershire base and add our special blend of herbs, spices and lots of onion and garlic. This sauce is great for steaks, injecting, game and sauteing mushrooms. The Cajuns call it the best "Burger Sauce."

Cajun Power® Spicy Garlic Pepper Sauce

A wonderful, all purpose table sauce with a little kick to it. There's lots of squeezed garlic in this pepper sauce.

Cajun Power® Marinating Basting Sauce
