We created this sauce to compliment our garlic sauce. We start with a worcestershire base and add our special blend of herbs, spices and lots of onion and garlic. This sauce is great for steaks, injecting, game and sauteing mushrooms. The Cajuns call it the best "Burger Sauce."

The best there is!

Growing up in Baton Rouge, my PawPaw used worcestershire sauce in a lot of his signature dishes so I am no stranger to having tried various brands over the years and Cajun Power takes the crown in this sauce department, hands down! Much more full bodied flavor than your average brand (and there are a few that are certainly no slouch, L&P is still a solid choice). The Cajun Power version of this time honored sauce immediately became my favorite and I ordered 4 bottles so as to ensure I had spares! Laissez les bons temps rouler, Louisiana represent!!!
